Hold Study Permit ? Yes you are eligible for home purchase

* With Some Restrictions (Restriction Till Dec 2024)

1. You must be enrolled in an authorized study program at a designated learning institution
2. Filled all required income tax returns for each of the 5 years preceding the year in which the purchase to be made
3. Were physically present in Canada for at least 244 days in each of the 5 years in which the purchase to be made
4. Purchase does not exceed $500,000 and is no more than 1 residential property
