Becoming a realtor in New Brunswick, Canada, involves steps, including education, licensing, and registration with the regulatory authority.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to become a realtor:

1. Register and complete NBCC Online Course “The Introduction to a Career in Real Estate”.
2. Register yourself to NBREA and get self study books.
3. Register yourself for Practicum and Exam.
4. After completing the exam, select an Agency to work with or contact me for more information.
5. Pay membership fess for NBREA, FCNB, Fredericton Real Estate Board and your Agency. Some fees need to be paid monthly or yearly.
6. Now you are licenced Realtor. Help your clients as best as possible.
